My honest opinion.
I've been playing pokemon for years. The game is good, the story is good, the pokemon are nice.
It has multiplayer, is open world, you get to choose what to do and which gyms to beat in any order you want. The whole thing about the game being glitchy is because...well...is the first actual open world/muliplayer game they made. The bugs/glitches are extremely rare and they don't interfere with your game. Most of them are visual bugs anyways so nothing bad and most of them have been patched. There are parts where Pokemon might get inside a wall but that's it.

And well, you can check a list of pokemon in each game and choose the one you like the most.
The ONLY glitch I've found are Pokemon tails kinda go pointy for some reason and cerain areas the pokemon might clip through a wall.

It’s a clever take on the classic 2D FNAF formula
