One time in the Crash Zone, a reaper picked up my Seamoth and threw it around a bit. When it let go, I was partially clipped into the Aurora. I could swim out, and I used my Seaglide to go scan whatever it was I was looking for, but when I swam back, the Seamoth was about 200m under the map. Apparently water physics doesn't apply inside the Aurora's model and the Seamoth just sank.
