Not anymore. Adobe pulled their free products. Clip studio maybe but it's expensive. I paid for Ibis paint so it's a bit better than X. But honestly procreate is a lot better than anything I've seen on mobile in general. On my laptop before I ended up in a shelter I used paint tool Sai cause people give it out for free on DeviantArt. And I was given Adobe cs5 as a graduation gift.

Krita is developing an android client though
