I really enjoy seeing these preliminary sketches and all these characters. I can't really judge the poses or much of that because I'd say that would depend on the character's own personalities. The only mistake I see is that top left and middle bottom have thumbs on the wrong side of their hands.

As for the protogen, I don't know what the hand breaking from the frame is doing, but if it's gripping tightly into the frame, then you may want to obscure that thumb as well or move it to the other side.

And please, don't feel the need to judge yourself so harshly. I see a lot of work went into this and it's impossible to dismiss that or the character of the work itself. Most importantly, thank you for sharing.

I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
