The fine tip R.S.V.P pen makes a smalllll grove in the paper. I then flood that line with the Pilot Gel pen bc it makes a wall that the sharpie can't escape and spread out and do that weird puddle

So the bones of it is actually cardboard with wooden skewers heavily hotglues with holes to allow the brass papper fasteners to pass through

And the feathers are windows blinds i cut in shape and melted holes into so I could string them together with fishing line
