Faces have always been difficult for me, too. Most of the time, being off by just a few centimeters is enough to make a human face look 'off'.
I think if you could lower the nose, so that the button of the upper lip is directly below the nostrils.
Depending on ethnicity, the nose may also be a little too narrow.
Keep going and trying! If something looks off, you can probably figure it out by looking at good reference photos!
