I'm trying to do a drawing but have a small issue with the hands. Does this look natural? It might also be a bit small but idk

Hand is small, you are right.

A trick I use for hands: triangle shape, where the widest flat side is for the fingers, and the narrow point is where it connects to the wrist. Even when turned aside, as thus; you can make a triangle any oblique shape to fit! I'm not sure about exact proportions, though.

Making a pose look natural needs the whole picture to be seen. If you are going for a hands on hips pose, elevate the hand position to the waist and the thumb should be the one in the back side while the rest of the fingers are visible in the front

I recommend the mittens technique

Finger muscles usually don't move independently unless done intentionally and have a flow in their natural movement. So using a mitten, you can define an area where all fingers are distributed equally in space and while moving

That simplifies the process the drawing of a hand by a lot and reduces the minor fixes you could be doing when drawing each finger individually

That and it reduces the errors that could be produced when it comes to disorienting you while trying to draw the bigger picture

I can't say much about the head since at least for me, there is a thin line between a personal style of drawing and corrections when it comes to head proportions. But one last thing I'd like to point out is that length of shoulder to elbow reaches until around the height of the navel. So shortening it to that point can help a lot in making it look more natural
