I did but photobashes are in a bit of a gray area.. they're essentially massively transformed photos, like a collage with a heavy sprinkling of overpainting and artistic intent, I did one recently where I took a photo, heavily edited it, and then did a paint over a significant chunk of it it transforming it from the original intent

they're somewhere inbetween transformative, photos, and painting

they're so.. strange

generally when it comes to art one of the first things to learn is to construct things from basic forms, for example a lot of the body can be constructed from boxes and ovals

if you can learn how to construct basic forms in 3d, and then construct things from those forms, it's one of the best ways to make things look right in 3d

I've been drawing for a good 5 years and usually my drawings still always look better if I construct them, although my basic sketches have improved too

I used to use a free youtube course called drawabox to learn how to draw things properly in 3 dimensions, it's really good and great for beginners too

if you want to seriously practice, I highly recommend it, it's an invaluable resource

by the end of it my forms were dramatically improved

it should be able to teach you the basics of how to draw things to properly look like they exist in 3 dimensions and not be flat
