Looks great. I can tell it is acrylic. I’m horrible at that. Feel more comfortable doing watercolor or oils.

With watercolor it has a good look and is great for sketching and dries fast. Acrylic is very opaque like oils but dries much quicker. I like being able to paint with oils and come back the same day and it is still blendable and workable. Acrylic is a middle ground I do not understand how to use.

Hands like feet are pretty complicated. What helped me is looking through an anatomy book and finding specific parts of the body to draw. Or even setting a body part of yourself outside of your periphery and drawing yourself. For example I doodled my foot for practice.

One thing I noticed is at the joints and the top of the hand it is more or less the formation of your skeleton besides the nail and nail bed with arches on the underside of your hand.

You have thicker tissue on the palm end on your hand. So by going thin on top and thicker tissue on the bottom in arches it makes it look more realistic.

I think you should think about the shallow drop off of the nail for the finger tips. It’s not that it matters and it looks great without but at the end of the finger the nail does a drop off from the skin.
