well, it depend on your secondary weapon, the reason why I'm saying this is because if you are run out of bullet, you could switch to secondary to kill them, and it is also depend on the game mode you are playing, if that is descent, I would choose Aim area as well, if you are playing cooperate, I would choose the aim speed because the Ai is stupid, who ever have a better level of gun or have a better accuracy and Fire rate (sometime damage) will win the fight, so it really doesn't matter for me because I don't have operator Dutch－_－

Well the way I have perceived almost every upgrade in this game is this.The percentage of the upgrade added to the current upgrades of the same sort either on that weapon or on the specific operator and the diversity and worth of the upgrade to the operator or weapon .
Can you afford it? Is it going to make a difference in your playing? Will this upgrade benefit future upgrades.
Remember this.
Each round is 3min do dont waste too much time or money on weapons and upgrades that have a huge (20sec or more) cooldown period.
Some of the upgrades are not even registered in the stats of the weapon.
For example aim speed is not a stat that is listed so even when you upgrade it you still dont know what the level is at .
This doesnt mean that they are not upgradeable but its hard to decipher the degree of upgrade .
Focus on one item at a time . Upgrade your grenades or your landau device.or your FRU5T3R8 shotgun. Max out one at a time to be thurough.
