Ugh, I feel really bad about this, honestly. When I first answered, I was sure the small bonus for the survey would land straight in players' in-game mail within a couple of weeks. But turns out I got it wrong, it's actually coming with the next update, which should roll out in the second half of September. My bad, seriously 😔

I already pay for a club pass that gives me less rewards than promised when I bought it.
I’m guessing this is why you changed the surveys to just a few lucky winners. Got to be stingy with the rewards.
Probably only giving us 100 gold anyways. So it’s probably not even worth my time typing in here.

It was a longer survey. They promised gold for doing it. Then never paid up. Then told us to wait 2 weeks and still did not pay while continuing to ask us to do more surveys. Nothing positive at all from this interaction. @rancid gale just keeps us hoping they will make positive changes to the game while they do literally nothing we ask. It’s a joke.
