#Simulated Dogfight Missile

(for that there is invinicbility as a setting when making a mission)
i mean it wouldnt be hurt to add a little bit realism right?
for now i only see the F5E Tiger mod that had implemented the system, it would be nice if its also implemented on a vanilla aircraft too
No, adding realism wouldnt hurt, but there are more important "realism" things that vtol should get right, before this, and more importantly, this is a very niche thing which's effects can be achieved in the game already via a simple setting in the mission editor. I highly doubt baha will use his fairly limited dev time for this, and i hope that instead he will be cooking much more universally useful things
The only purpose of this seems to be to "simulate" a dogfight, or a training mission, but one simple setting can achieve similar effects, although for actual training the setting seems even better because you will also learn what the stress is like, how the missiles fly in the air and generally that is a better approach, as you are literally against the same thing as in a real mission
I never said that this has to be a top priority, and baha could take as much time as he need to finish more important project before adding this system to game
The main problem here is that this is a very niche thing, i argue too niche, to be implemented. I doubt there will come a day when all the other ideas are implemented and baha will still be working on vtol. And again, a very important fact is that very similar goals can already be achieved, so this wouldnt have too much utility either
He's right about this, its such a minor niche thing that already has a method of being achieved in the base game that it really makes no sense to spend the time on to have added to the game.
