#Simulate Radar Multipathing

No
This isn’t war thunder
Also this affects SAM and ground-to-air radars far more than airborne radars do
is this really your entire argument
This is
^^
Exactly. AESA radars of all radars would be the least affected
They are the most advanced
im saying non aesa even
Refer to my earlier statement
that makes sense
If this was implemented, it would change a lot about A/A combat philosophy
Complete strategic changes to take advantage of multipathing to defeat radars and missiles
at least on the pvp-side, dodging aim-120s is already relatively easy to do. imo adding yet another relatively low-skill way of defeating them won't really improve much
^
I don’t like this suggestion for 2 reasons
A. The non AESA radars already feel like they will drop lock for what is seemingly no reason, making their already difficult to use radars even harder, and just kinda further nerf an aircraft that really does not need nerfing, and would indirectly be buffing the 45, which I will always disagree with
B. How the FUCK do you explain this to some kid who just bought the game? That the fact that he’s using the 26 means that he just can’t lock people close to the ground properly?
i had never heard of multipathing, but seems like it'd be pretty easy to avoid it from even happening : you just don't take into account tracks that are underground
