The 26 can fly slow if you want it to, you can always do multiple passes, it has a large amount of room for weapons, and can level a base in one go if you do it right

I disagree that the 42 is somehow an ultimate AG platform and that there is no scenario in which something more specific could ever be needed.

Lack of all weather capability is bad now (AG radar), poor visibility and slight lack of pylons. It’s an IFV, not a Tank

The av42 has so much potential yet none at the same time. It’s a jack of all trades, master at none. I definitely think a remastered av52 or something similar of the 42c should be made. Different pylons/more weight, radar, damage module, etc. (if the engine even remotely loses power off one side you’re screwed)

SEE NOW THIS, is worth a new av52/42D is worth it. Way better and I would use it, probably not it’s gigantic radar though, AWACS on a ground attack doesn’t seem fitting

Also a second pilot/gunner is 100% worth mentioning, between piloting/gunning, it just isn’t as fun getting shot down by a simple AAA but an AH94 is simply too far out to fly to. Again, the 42 has so much potential but it’s just not feasible yet
