#Wing fold switch changes aerodynamics when wingtips are broken

This is probably a bug
weird, so the wing-fold switch doesn't have a g-limiter built in then?
This happens when wingtips are broken off?
yes
no
so the bug is: Wing fold switch changes aerodynamics when wingtips are broken
maybe not aerodynamics, but definitely max-Gs (which could be a byproduct of lift not being calculated correctly)
It's probably aero since there aren't any changes to g limits. I think I remember that at least on the 26, the wing fold component will disable some wing surface area when folded, and that part may not be deactivated when the tips break
that would explain it, flipping the switch "activates" the broken wing-tips
Wing fold switch changes aerodynamics when wingtips are broken
The 26 has always been more maneuverable than it should with wingtips broken off and the switch down
Iirc I pointed this out ~4 months ago
The 45 also becomes more maneuverable, I’m assuming the flight assist doesn’t handle the shift in the CoL perfectly
With the 45 it breaks off the whole thing right?
