I'm fluent in french, english, my native language and can form basic sentences in german, spanish, italian and portuguese are all really close so I can likely get the hang of them quickly

I am Brazilian and fluent in English, Spanish and can understand pretty well French and Italian, as you said, all similar. I lived in Norway for a while and dealt with Norwegians and all the countries around.
What I have learned of German, the most basic at least, is similar to Norwegian, the writing is different but follow similar structures in the words, like Portuguese and Spanish have changes in spellings but are close enough for most words.
German is far more complex than Norwegian, so if you learn German the others will be “side effects”

Also many modern words in Norwegian come from French or English, with their own weird spelling, but the sound is similar enough.

The 'issue' with antikraak is that you basically live in building to make sure people don't squat in it. Usually until the owner of the building figures out what to do with it.

I can't say im up to date on my contracts but I've heard that it can be really uncertain how long you're able to stay in a place.

Unfortunately the housing market in the netherlands is, simply put, hell.
