I cannot sleep and night, and I am a zombie during the morning

(except for the constant shaking of my leg, that is the only sign that I am alive)

Same with the sleep. I am currently fine, but I played with mine a lot. Mostly because I want to talk with international friends and timezones are the bane of our existence.

I even did the 4 x 4 routine once. Not good for your liver or circadian rhitm. Essentially you are active for 4 hours, sleep for 4 and repeat.

It is! I heard of it when reading on some military stuff. It's basically to be as frequently active as possible, but it's not sustainable. The liver part is not a joke, I don't drink alcohol and it still hurt after 2 - 3 days of doing it. Migraines plenty too. But the first day was fine.
