I'm more of a completionist so I discovered the warm doublet and it also helped me later, in the gerudo desert, since I didn't have something against the warmth of the desert I waited until the cold night came and wore the doublet so I could move around no problem it's such a cool item to have from the begining, then I got the rito set and upgraded it and nothing could freeze me anymore right now I'm on my way to get full hearts and maybe more inventory but I became so powerful basically nothing could kill me anymore, even guardians aren't that bad now and the only real threat are the lynels but those are quite fun to play with
