depends on what strains because they get fussy with oxygen tolerance

the ones we mostly get would be sealed and cultured anaerobically (chemical sachet to get the oxygen out) and unless you need to use it for plating, it stays covered (the lid is bigger) and then discarded

#

the container is tightly sealed, you gotta unscrew the heavy lids

i tried the remote app that comes with stop motion studio and the iphone camera just turns off after a couple hours

i also tried streaming to my tv when i was set up on the floor and using a bluetooth keyboard to take the photos and the same thing happened cos apperently it doesnt kike bluetooth remotes

so i just tried strreaming screen to my pc to at least see what im doing and it randomly closed for no reason

i guess its press the camera button and go by eye.. and hope i can count to 236 in my head

well i finally finished filming by resorting to 6fps and a bad pen instead of fancy paint markers but at least it's done

i mean when you combine the laura and dale easter egg it's literally the history and future of the lake

and i love the line alchemy.. actually that was painful to animate but was fun to realise the same things kept connecting and made me wonder of the significance of the connections
