I have a suggestion. In coding, they usually tell you to talk to a rubber duck in order to arrange your thoughts and implementation on features. Let's strip the example and make it easier to understand why:

• You don't need a cute rubber duck by your side. Talking aloud, even alone, let's you perceive if you can put into words quite literally what you want to send message wise;
• We humans have this thing where you overthink, and may come to the conclusion that you have already explored all of a topic. This is a fallacy, and forcing yourself to reexplain to yourself emphasizes exactly what you know;

Back in Uni we had this insane wide spectrum of a curriculum. We did everything, which turned out a destiny in my life. I am not great at one thing, I am decent at everything. We were forced to write stuff from technical papers to phylosophy which is funny, yet useful in retrospect.

Oh, and the most important thing - take breaks and walk! Not reading, not playing videogames, not writing on a side project. Walk. 30 minutes. Does wonders to the brain, not just the physique.

I completely stole this from my idol, which funnily enough is the Father of Informatics, but he was almost a renown athlete. He invented the theoretical computers, but he always said that a small jog or walk brought solutions to theoretical problems he would be unable to solve by staying even more on them.
