Hi all, looking to get some feedback on my downtempo happy hardcore track. I now feel like I was hasty on the release as it does not sound as loud as other tracks. What improvements could I make and bring forward into future tracks?

For harmonies i typically do +7 semitones is that how u do it? How can i make it less empty?
Also any tips as to why my track feels slightly quieter than other tracks on spotify? I mix around -7db and pushed the limiter +8db but it still sounds softer
