• CN = China
• TW = Taiwan
• Crunchyroll aka Crunchy = NA/LATAM/UK and a few other countries. It's common to refer it as NA.
• A+ aka A Plus Japan = most of EU, some countries at middle east and a few other countries. It's common to refer it as EU.
• Global = NA and A+ (both servers follows the same banners and patches so although we can't play together both are referred as Global)

CN server is 1 year in the future.
TW server is 6 months in the future.

Global follows very closely the TW banners, some times there are changes and order swaps, we also don't have that many info on previous TW banners. But you can assume that the order is followed loosely, which means that maybe next banner isn't exact the same as TW but will probably appear within the range of a few more or less weeks compared to them.
