My partner & I installed the latest update for Lord Of Nazarick and since then we can't log in. It states "Network connection in progress. Please wait" but nothing happens

It's just like the UK issue from the other day again.. Please fix!

Same… logged in couple of times, when went to sign up in the new arena, it got disconnected an n need since then stuck on logging screen. Using iOS 18.0.1 iPhone 16 Pro.

I had this and fixed it by deleting the cache on my phone, I also signed out of my internet and then reconnected to it

After that it works fine again

I'm also having the issue once again Tessy, it's the exact same as before, it won't let me login citing network problems, but I can connect via data. I tried deleting my cache as per Akouryo's suggestion, but nothing changed. I think the new update has knocked out UK servers again

I'm sorry to hear you guys are having the same problems! Hopefully it will be sorted soon so we can all play again!🤗

For the mods: I tried the cache and repairing but it hasn't fixed the issue.
My phone's data plan isn't great, so changing to using data to log in isn't a good solution for me.

I love this game, but it is disheartening the amount of times UK servers are having issues😔

I also love this game, it's my favourite gacha game I've played just because of how fair it feels to play, and the fact that you can spend money to buy items, but you aren't forced to, whereas with other gacha games, they feel like massive cash grabs. It's disheartening, I agree, but hopefully since it's been a couple of times now, the devs can figure out what's causing this issue!
