#A discussion subforum just for color management & tonemapping

Would that not just be #graphics-techniques in general?
Is it? Seems too general but I'm new here.
You can definitely talk about color management and/or tonemapping in #graphics-techniques
Or #general
Or #vulkan even
I'm not sure that tonemapping comes up enough to warrant its own channel
I was on #vulkan talking about tonemapping when I was told "not #vulkan "
Really? It's such an important topic.
An image lives or dies by its tonemapping perhaps more than resolution or color gamut.
Important topic? Yes. It's not a common topic though
If it's vulkan specific tonemapping talk like talking about tonemapping algorithms in your shading language of choice or setting up framebuffers for rendering the inputs to tonemapping then that'd work in #vulkan
Other than that it's a #graphics-techniques type convo pretty much
