a toggleable feature which allows jammers, cutting power to things, ect. would be cool for stealthily snagging some friends gadgets.
i know this mod is to prevent that but think about pulling a 5 stack diamond heist from your oblivious friends? and you can toggle it on or off if you want said heiest to happen or not.

In general this sounds like codebreaker or other means to bypass SC blocks, so I'd say it's already implemented. But not sure.
