yeah i joined it all together
it's not that big of a problem
when animating you can either have it one solid block or separate parts
it's the vertex groups that matter
i usually stay away from rigging and that is because i am a mere novice when it comes to animating things
so i avoided making the vertex groups on this gun
if you really want to i can
but so can the animator

say you have a babe weapon with 10 rounds (just a # rn), and you wanted the babe+ version to have 15 or something

The bolt gun is MASSIVE it’s designed for space marines : super tall super soldiers.
it’s caliber is .75 If I remember correctly an the recoil whould remove your arm if you are a normal human.

skill issue (use an armature constraint instead of a modifier)

and the reaosn is because how crazy detailed it is

also how would an armature modifier fix fps drops because of insane amount of vertices on the text

I had animations missing too and had to duplicate them inside blender so they show up inside unity
For some reason
there are three empty's
all my projects end up using anims from multiple fbx files so it becomes kinda messy lmao

i used the .blend files to make the fbx's @rancid acorn
if i look in these files and they have the issue i think they have istg
model is FULL of duplicate geometry for unknown reason
If regular bolters mesh is fine inside unity then all that's left is just implement all animation files
If the .fbx misses some of them I just duplicate them inside blender and import it again and grab the duplicated anims from it
The regular bolter is missing it’s inspect and the babed bolter has only an inspect in the animation files
