So I was using Ironbison to pop the outposts and then when I use him, the outpost didn't pop. Did he no longer pip the outposts or is it a bug?

Might sound like a dumb question but when he first came out he didn’t always pop the op did he? I use to use him big time and I don’t ever recall him popping them until recently but I could be wrong with this too
