Inventory Xp/XP Core times?

Assuming 5☆, when should I use inventory xp on a bot? Wait until level 50? I've never gotten a bot to level 50 actually. I've also never used inventory XP. XP core I've heard to wait until a super xp event but also it says that those should be done on bots 30-40 so that the bots recharge time isn't unbearable. So, once my 5☆ gets to level 40 do I just unload all my inventory XP or wait?

I meant battle recharge times. Lower level bots can use the xp core in more battles in a day than higher level bots

Well the XP Cores are also transferrable within the 24 Hour usage time

and the Max cooldown for Higher Level bots if Max 1 Hour

if you have energon in inventory, or have full energon in storage, then equip and unequip XP core from a bot to another bot (save Cyber coin) to increase their XP faster
