Cybertronian alloy

I have already sent the ticket in but I'll try it this way too. As of this moment I've should have received a total of four rewards of cybertronian alloy and the one from the Cyber store. But I have not received a single one and I double check they are not getting placed anywhere else. Would we get compensated for this?

You are receiving them, I'm sure, but I know that the Prime Lab does not have them displaying properly, if at all:

some users can see the Cybertronian Alloy (Like me) others don't see it at all, I did notice that the screenshot attached did update After leveling up the Requiem Blaster)

Yeah mine ain't showing at all. And I know I have enough for level 11 but again it's not displaying all of those rewards that I've already won.

It's been like that the whole event. And I completed the event and still no change

the 'energon' on the 'upgrade' button is Requiem Blaster shards, it's the visual glitch, and 'spark' on the top is Requiem Blaster shards which you have, it should have different icon for us to see it clearly

@mystic kite I'm not worried about the visible glitch. Those numbers is what I had at the beginning of the event the same exact numbers I have at the end of the event I did not get any of the cybertronian Alloy.

you can send a ticket to devs, they can check your account, but i didn't see i lost rewards in the event

I did I just remembered that they made a post that they actually wanted us to post about bugs in here also. In case there is a quick fix

they have a lot of bugs/ errors to care, so they can miss you... this is the problem

I've logged out I reinstalled. But I'm still missing the cybertronian alloy from this event. Any other suggestions?

I picked up that bundle from the Cyber store. Now I'm wondering if I got all that cybertronian alloy?

Seriously, can you not listen? It is a visual glitch. You need requiem blaster shards to upgrade to LV11. The spark at the top of your screen is not cybertronian alloy, but rather requiem blaster shards. Once you need Cybertronian alloy, it will show all that you have. It is all there, just not visible

And don't submit multiple tickets. Clearly you don't care about its effects on others so I'll put it in terms you understand.

@pearl flume first of all I don't know who you are and I don't care. We were having a conversation up above you and things got figured out. I don't know where your attitude is from but you can go ahead and walk off a short plank. So if you read above maybe you were understood that things were taken care of. So maybe you need to listen.
