Cost to upgrade prime is glitched

Cost to upgrade new primes is glitched from lvl 2 to 3 i guess

I think it should be 50,000 instead of 500,000

See #┊📣・game_updates it was pushed up specifically to prevent ranking this weekend while they deal within the glitches occurring. They will push it back down to the correct level once the fixes have occurred

Yeah, so an unfair advantage for those that happened to not rank up and instead just kept leveling up in the event.
