Has anybody noticed the game won't load?

I am the discoverer of a novel bug: since the pushed update on Thursday (on my device) the game won't complete updating and simply won't start.
There are no other threads or discussions about this issue; I am the sole reporter and to be highly praised for it.
Since this has been going on nigh on 70 hours as of this writing, how about
REVERT TO LAST STABLE STATE

Now the crux of the matter... when these game-breaking bugs occur, why is the response not

There are messages in Game Updates that seem to pretend this issue doesn't exist. Dale seems to be talking about 'intermittent server issues' being what they're working to fix.
Yes, there are players who are experiencing intermittent server issues. This is completely different from the many who can't complete the pushed update from last week.
We are not intermittent; we have been locked out.
We have missed Event rewards and XP opportunities. Missed daily activities, Cyber Pass quests, Wars, Raid. Couldn't get the discounted bundles. Probably will miss the 5* bundles by the time it gets fixed.
And the particular problem doesn't even get acknowledged.

You say that, but as I pointed out, the official comminiques speak of a different issue: players who can log in but find the game freezes or kicks out at various times.
The issue in this thread is players who have been locked out by the latest update.

The Devs have said they're working on it. How you interpret that is up to you.

Dale has posted in the Game Updates channel several messages about a DIFFERENT BUG.
I have not seen one official post about THIS bug.
Try reading what I wrote.

Can't complete mandatory update is not the same.

And the only reason I seem obsessed is because people keep arguing with what they misunderstand is my problem.
Easy for people who can log in to say 'be patient,' yet I am patient; I have many other things to do.

(The developers should remember that once people have broken the habit of playing this game, they may never pick it back up...)

I can't log in, im missing out on titan xp and spark for this week, along with building, bot and combiner upgrades yet I'm still sitting not complaining

Given the options u have, I'd suggest u delete the game to get ur head off of it and play something until it runs again and stop burdening support more then they've already been.

There can be comedic irony, sarcastic irony, wink-wink irony (playing to the audience), tragic irony (oh if only he knew)...
Comprehension is lacking in many judging from the replies.

one thing, their compensation, they hasn't talked about what it is. Two, as far as i know, there are a few of players can't log in game, so they haven't done any announcement
