The kept crashing this morning and now it won't load past 35% trying to go to my last battle. Cleared cache and data.

it stucked in a battle, if you reloaded the game but couldn't log in, so you can't use reload again, it won't work

i suggest you log in another phone

i met your problem before, it stucked there, and won't let me log in, and that account in my emulator, and thanked to my phone, i used my phone to re-log in it, and it worked

I installed Google Play beta for PC and installed the game on my laptop. It's stuck at the exact same spot. The problem is with my account, not the phone. It wants to send me back to a the last battle I had but it just won't load. Someone at Spaceapp needs to do something to reset that last battle so the game can send me back to my base. This is very frustrating since I have the cyber pass and haven't been able to play for 3 days now. @tawdry relic

I opened a ticket for the issue using the Zendesk form, ID 607727. I hope someone gets on it.

Well this was a waste of a weekend event. And what about my cyber pass? I missed several days of points..

@calm coyote cleared the server side cache for my account and my game is now loading! Issue resolved.

@dale 1 account in Gladiators of kaon, there's 2 prime79's there, it's the lower one, and 2 in 501stlegion, another prime79 and an avaprime79 accounts. That prime79 is the commander

My account is Garrax in the NEW KNIGHTS alliance, I'm official, that is if I haven't been expelled for being offline for so many days because of this problem.

78 percent after deleting everything, now it's normally 10 percent.

It's clearly something device depending, since switching a device on the same account might allow you to get into the game. This was the case for my main account. Sadly, getting in on one device does nothing to the other. Other account data is unlikely to be important.

And since it all started with the pre-event update, there has to be a connection between them.

Have you all tried reinstalling the game, deleting + installing again?

@tawdry relic reinstalled on 1 account and it worked. 2nd account worked without reinstalling, just had a 60 something GB download.

Thanks guys, the game for me is back to normal, only the fire from the Volcanic combiner doesn't appear, but the damage does.

Thank you for the game returning to normal, now we need a good compensation, because in addition to losing several things during the offline days, there are still players who were expelled, I suggest 5k of five-star chips.

Not me, but I saw 1 in game chat mentioned it. I wondered how many that cleared their data or reinstalled the game would be asking for a recovery code.

is there a way to just put a recovery code without having to make a whole new account, go through the tutorial, then finally be able to put your recovery code😭

Just open a ticket and let them know they will help you out to get your account back

When opened the game a new account was created and i opened a ticket from that account .. and they helped to remove the new account and they manually assigned my old account to the google play
