#Nosecone damage reflect is bugged

I tested Nosecone his damage reflect, but he is not doing a whole lot of damage. I tested it with a maxed out beam laser with 520 dps. My nosecone is sa 10, so he has 30% damage reflection.

He should reflect 30% x 520 dps = 156 back to the beam laser.

Instead, in base trial (and event) he is just reflecting 17 dps. Looks like a factor 10 off. Anyone else can confirm my findings?
