Combiner suddenly stops upgrading

Recently the past couple of days, I noticed that whenever I’m upgrading a combiner it would just stop suddenly. At first it was with computron, I thought it was just me at first not hitting the upgrade button and I thought to myself that I did. But today I know I hit the upgrade button for Ruination today around 3PM today and it just suddenly stopped and went back to level 1 when I looked at him again. Is this some sort of glitch or did I do something wrong on my part?

and after this, i ranked a combiner up, and am waiting the completion

I didn’t record it when it happened. I just thought the first time was just a mess up on my part and I didn’t expect to happen again. I just went into the combiner lab to check on them and noticed it just stopped upgrading the combiner.

i just noticed when doing ranking a combiner, the timer said '5d23h', but when i clicked 'Rank up', it showed only 1d23h...

and 5d23h is as same as my upgrading time, but the time of upgrading time is on left side

I just upgraded my combiner right now. It shows 23H 3M on it right now. I took a picture of it and if it does reset again I have a picture to make sure I did hit the upgrade button. If it does happen again I will post the pictures on here

send a ticket to SA to let them look at your account to see if you have any problem

i have 2 accounts, and do upgradation for combiner normally

take a picture, log out the account, then log in again to see if the upgradation time is reseted or is not? if it isn't, try to do tomorrow to see
