no, only 1 bar and you can use, but it lasts only 24 hrs, so 3 bars are 72 hrs

but as many alliances did, they did 1 or 2 bars in event time for bonus

it's not quick to charge full of 1 bar

I would recommend waiting for all three to be lit, then open them up on Friday morning to last through the weekend.

no, you need to click 2-3 times (if you got full of 2-3 bars), because my alliance got full of 2 bars, but officer/ leader activated only 1 bar

I believe so, yes.

But the training center has two menus. It seems a lot of players don't realize they need to press the button to get to the charge screen

Our officers have a bad habit of accidentally clicking the "activate" button instead of the "donate" button. Any chance we can add a confirmation to the UX?

Many don't I agree. I had to inform some of ours and they weren't aware of the additional "charge" button. I think SA needs to redo the donate Charge since it's not clear
