#why is it impossible for me to get combiners?

I’ve had this game since before combiners were added and I can’t get any combiner besides omega supreme. I’m almost one away from all of them. My alliance got 30x dinobot crystals and I needed two guys. I now need one guy. This really seems unfair.

If you had the game since then you would have them all at 4 stars if you played enough

No three star combiners except omega supreme. I have like 4/5 characters per combiner but none completed.

Sounds like you're not doing much in events

Those are usually the best way to get the most premium shards for free

Bro I have been. Like I said my alliance got 30x dinobot crystals and I only needed two three star bots for volcanicus. I got a 4star swoop that I didn’t need and a 3star grimlock. I only need 3star sludge now. Hell, the last draw of ten dinobot crystals I got nothing new. All three star dupes.

Lets do some math. If I get 30 crystals with guaranteed three star dinobots and I only need two guys, and I only got one 3star and one 4star. How many were dupes? 28!!!! I got 28 duplicates!!!!

I'd trade the 4star swoop for a 3star sludge in a heartbeat but I can't. All I'm saying is that the random drops are not fair.

30 ain’t that much. 6 years and you should be in alliance that can score more. You not getting another combiner with that amount of supposed playtime is on you at that point. Not the game.

Even on weekend events I spend 1 hour on the game per day and that is spread out

That's fair. I have been spending like 20 min a day at least on the game for a long time now and I'm just not seeing much improvement is all. I'm just wondering if it's worth it you know? If at the end of the day it's all random chance and I keep getting screwed by that random chance, should I continue wasting my time. All games like this are pay to win right, CoC is a great example of that. I haven't and prob will never pay for progression and If that isn't enough then I'll find something else to do.

If its worth it is up to you. For me it is because it doesn't take too much of my time with weekend events taking a little bit more.

I am also in a good alliance where we always score at least 500k so amount of rewards that you get compared to what I get is huge. Rates are what they are and when someone has more crystals they obviously have higher chances hence why I progress a lot faster as alliance event rewards are most important.
