I just got a 4* star skrapnel is he worth investing and good for the long run?

He works very nice with Full Tilt, very cheap destruction. Give him a combat like Cratemaker or Heartburn to increase his range and survivability. He can also be used to stun outpost bots

For a core, use Rejuvenate. That plus his backflipping ability makes him a hard bug to squash (pun intended).

Yup. His ability is cheap and powerful. Also great for Cybertron Raids.
