Depends on what bots you have

Normally 4* and 5* bots are better than 3* bots or lower

There’s only four op’s, and it depends from person to person what they have

#

I have Gnaw 4* LOP 5* Blaster 5* and Dinobot 4* as my OP bots

Blaster, LoP, Twintwist, Dinobot, Swoop are some examples of great outpost bots.

A lot of this will depend on your hq level

For example, Chromia is good for low to mid-level players but she's worthless at hq17-18
