I too would like my shanix, 3 star and premium crystals rounded up so under which category should I write to them?

Why would you want them rounded to 30k there's nothing that costs that amount

So I can get 6 new bots. I only have 5 shards at the moment. I'm sure they'll round that up to 30k

Don’t take this as gospel, but it’s my understanding they are currently only rounding up the five-star shards to multiples of 5. Assuming that’s true, then since 4990 is already a multiple of 5, they will not round you up to 5000. But give it a shot and please let us know what answer you receive.
