What HQ lvl are you and how many points can you get in events?

Hi, I'm looking for an alliance for which the WE event is more important, and Ak and Raid, although mandatory (participation) but not as a priority, but more important to build up the respective gamers.
Because strengthening gamers at WE Event means strengthening gamers in AK and RAID.
I'm doing 30K+Base 18.
