Absolutely. Cl's heal is par with Rung, however, the reflection is very useful, especially in wars. He's the best medic gun rn, and all top players use it, and I'd highly recommend you to do so

However, don't use it with Junkheap/Wreckgar, since they have natural aoe, and it'll be futile

You should use AT or Micronus on your healer. AT provides you with points gradually, which are very useful and needed especially in wars.

Micronus too is a good setup for healers, and many top players use it - since it heals your healer especially if you're running one healer.

Ray booster is futile, and I don't recommend using it, rather use these two prime cores as I mentioned. You can use it temporarily if you don't have the pcs yet, but switch later
