Cause for me motivation comes after i think of a goal and that goal gives me motivation because of the reward

For example washing the dishes, you wouldnt do it without reason right? Or if you would do it, its probably something that'll bore you to death

But for me i think of something that comes after the "chore" like doing something that gives dopamine

But some people do enjoy washing the dishes and thats their motivation

you do dishes because you need to, not because you want to, that's an example why you don't need motivation to do something, relying on motivation is very irresponsible and doing the dishes are one of the reasons, if you rely being motivated to achieve a goal then you won't reach it efficiently. Whenever I do commissions, I always get unmotivated, drawing is fun and it's my profession but that does not last long, whenever I got a new client, I am both happy and disappointed because I'll not be able to play videogames as much I want for the next 24 hours, but I still do what they ask without having motivation that's because I need to
