I agree. 1) Being able to move 50 feet or so after the build would be useful as the line of sight is not the same when you lay the blueprint down; especially if you are trying to hide the gun by a wall. 2) if they could be towed, think about building two guns at the start of a game and then towing them with the troop transport racing to the middle point. A good team could shoot and scoot during an assault.
