if they are keeping "hair as helmet" rather than "hair as head option" then restrict it to tank crew / tank commander roles only

Why should infantry and recon dont have hair? Why should they only make this for the one squad type which you see rarely on the battelfield?
Any kind of reason would be great. If I would be somebody who bought a DLC with nice hair i would like to use it.

Why would anyone buy a Skin for a Squad type where nobody does see the skin?
Like those DLCs are already kinda wasted money but not seeing the skin, doesnt make it better.
