Yeah, most people don't commend on both PC or console. Just an idea to incentivice it. No need to project your poor performance here

People tend to give commendations fine in my experience when folks are notable. Nothing wrong per-say with a small incentive, but sometimes there is not really anyone to give one out to, incentive would encourage them being given out like candy instead of as a real reward by one who you impacted.
