As of now the Japanese cannot be added. The US would absolutely wipe the floor with them since the games mechanics are so bare boned. If the game gets updates and adds in more nuance to gunplay and tanking then we can talk about the Japanese. Until then it’s simply not possible

Could always do the Aussies against Japan, they played a major role in defeating them in the South with 2 main battles
That being said, Aus would essentially be the Brits but with a different name/style as nearly all the firearms are the same

As a bonus, new type of vehicle maybe the M7 Priest could be added when attacking as Aussies on Offensive mode, it was essentially self propelled artillery on wheels, and might even out the field abit as the area in which battles took place artillery would be very useful
As said by previous people thouhgh, even with these changes, the game in its current state isn't realy applicable for a Pacific Theatre

Hell, the creatures of war Thunder ARE CHINESE. And they made a WW2 infantry game depicting Japan too, so this is just straight incorrect.
