in ww2 most medics wore helmets with red crosses on them and big crosses on their uniforms to be able to make the enemy know they are a medic it could be cool to see this in hell let loose

Most if not all medics were unarmed aswell! although for realism and being a ww2 buff id love this, most wouldnt and wouldnt even be a medic because on the "Greener" maps they would be spotted so easily and unlike how it was in most situations they would still be shot because they can still cap points and destroy ops/garries and can also shoot back so they are a threat! Its bad enough people forgetting to change out from their snow camo and your sneaking around a flank and then get spotted.. turn and look why and there 1 guy in full white camouflage standing out like a beacon xD

yeah so this can’t be implemented. the red cross is a symbol specifically protected by the Red Cross of america who are very strict about not allowing it to be used in video games by any armed characters. if the medic had an unarmed loadout maybe maybe T17 could get the Red Cross blessing to include those cosmetics but as long the medic has any weapons it’s a no go

Highly doubt t17 is going to risk being sued or taken to court be someone wanted to put a Red Cross in the game. He didn’t mean it was illegal in terms of war crimes but actually illegal illegal.

As a few others have said, it is indeed quite literally a crime to portay the Red Cross in games, especially in an FPS as it is an INTERNATIONALLY protected symbol, hence why you see a lot of games use the Green cross or even the good old Swiss flag
