MP40 needs a buff, you have to spend a clip of bullets to kill someone. When there's a shootout, you hit the enemy three times and he hits you once and you're dead.

No. It doesn't. This is a skill issue. You sound like you are trying to use it as a rifle. Ofc you are gonna lose against a rifle at range. Use the right tool for the right job

The MP40 definitely doesn't need a buff. As much as I hate this saying it really is a skill issue.
Rate of fire won't be changed since that's how fast the MP40 fires in reality, the damage is fine, just get closer and use it as intended. The only possible reason you should need more than 2-3 shots is because of the bad hit registration.
