So long as it isn't as powerful as a satchel against a tank and is more like a beefier bazooka. There is already enough instant death for tanks in the game.

Sure, the Panzerfaust should be in the game... but why giving it to the Assault, therefor increasing the germans anti-tank capabilities even more (while the Schreck is more powerful AND they have the superior tank(s) like the Panther) So before this happens there should also be a Tank rebalance happen.
Would be easier to just shuffle the AT loadouts around... take their satchel and give the Pzf to the first AT-loadout.
@pulsar cipher also I think the Faust should be weaker than the Bazooka... most produced and used was the 30. The numbers also meaning their effective range and with the 100+ we enter Panzerschreck-Terretory and for balance reasons, I think, should only have the smaller versions ig. Then it would perform more like the PIAT.
My reasoning for the strength increase is simply because you would have to get a lot closer. And if we are replacing a satchel, might as well make the launcher a decent enough replacement but not OP. Also the bazooka has less penetration and less explosive filler than the faust with the trade off of range vs damage and also being a single use vs a reloadable weapon.
Because they’re not getting an anti tank panzerfaust ideally, it would more so be like a 4-5 shot to kill on armor minimum. And to add to that the assault would only really get 1. Overall it would be a nerf to the antitank abilities
Not a bad thing considering the sheer amount of anti tank and lack of limits of anti tank in the game. The current meta for tanks isn't balanced well and adding more ways to kill armor pushes the loop in the wrong direction. If anything, improvements to what we currently have would be best as well as a more complex armor system as a whole would be better. Not one like Post Scriptum or anything, but just more fleshed out.
I absolutely think a more fleshed out system would be better for this game, I even think a warthunder like system would be awesome although I know that would be highly unrealistic for many reasons
You want to give ranged anti tank, which is also capable of killing garrisons from range, to a kit with an stg44?

All panzerfausts are anti tank weapons. Panzerfaust directly translates to "tank fist".
Yes but put the panzerfaust on support and remove satchel from assault
Get rid of the satchel on AT and give a panzerfaust with a k98k and some tank mines

Level 10 loadouts are terrible design. There is no reason for this to not be an alternate anti tank loadout
Like this idea. Panzerfaust is stronger than a bazooka because it has more explosives and pen. So, a single use strong short range rocket with some mines and a bolt gun. Essentially the ambusher but more viable and not OP.
