Rename faction "Great Britain" to "British Commonwealth" or "British Empire"

Mainly to combat the requests from other players to introduce other British Dominions (i.e Canada, Australia etc.) to the game, it would be easier just to rename the British faction to an appropriate name.

Another factor for this change that could be argued is that generally most Commonwealth forces fighting the war used mostly identical equipment to their United Kingdom overlords.

Battlefield One and V got this (surprisingly) right by calling that faction "Commonwealth" as it acknowledged their efforts during both wars.

It is however one of the very few things they got right by naming the faction that.

Australians, Canadians and Indians should be seperate factions. There should not be indians at market garden.

In a generalised sense, what are the genuine and major differences between British and Canadian uniforms

One of the only ones that comes to mind is most Canadians deployed on D-Day had the MKIII turtle helmet, but eventually they were switched back to the MKII helmet

However I think what Commisar is trying to say is that mashing them all into one faction wouldn't quite work, because we'd see things like Central Asian and South African faces on maps where those troops never fought, such as Normandy. If we divide it up into sub-factions for each map, it ensures that only those who fought in those places appear there. For example, Indians would stay in North Africa and the Pacific where they actually fought

After visiting El Alamein and Marsa Matrouh i have a clearer historical view. Australians, New Zeland, Indians, Canadians and South Africa.

Not 100% true, although similar, the Aussies also had the Owen gun, Austen, and Charlton Automatic Rifle (fully automatic Lee-Enfield used as a replacement during shortages of Bren and Lewis guns). Furthermore, the Kiwis had their wonderful tanks this is a joke, but seriously give us the Bob Semple Tank. The Canadians used various American and Canadian exclusive weaponry. South Africa and India were equipped with almost exclusively British weaponry and what they captured.
